Do I need to be in Nevada?
No. As a Nevada Remote Online Notary, I can notarize documents for signers located anywhere, provided the notarization complies with Nevada law.

Can I use a smartphone?
Yes. A smartphone can be used, but a computer with a camera is recommended for the best experience.

How do I schedule an appointment?
Click the “Request an Appointment” link on the website and complete the form. You will receive follow-up instructions and scheduling options.
